1. Bulk Order Delivery/Shipping Only
   Rishta Polymer deals exclusively in bulk orders. Individual retail orders are not accepted. All shipments are processed in accordance with the agreed bulk quantities and contractual terms.
2. Delivery/Shipping Timeline
   Orders are processed, shipped and deliver within 5–7 business days after confirmation and payment, unless otherwise specified.
   Delivery/Shipping timelines may vary depending on the size of the order and delivery location.
3. Delivery Method
   We partner with reliable logistic companies for bulk freight delivery.
   Delivery is made to the location provided by the customer at the time of order placement.
   Tracking details (if applicable) will be shared via email.
4. Delivery/Shipping Charges
   Delivery/Shipping charges will be calculated based on order volume, weight, and delivery location.
   These charges will be communicated and agreed upon during the quotation and order confirmation stages.
5. Order Confirmation & Dispatch
   You will receive an order confirmation via email once your order is successfully placed.
   Dispatch details and invoice will follow prior to Delivery/shipping.
6. Damages & Claims
   All products are thoroughly inspected and securely packed before Delivery/Shipping.
   In the rare event of damage during transit, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and relevant documentation.
   Claims for missing or damaged items must be supported by a delivery receipt and submitted via email.
